Because of countless hours of driving by our nation’s truck drivers and being on our highways and interstates so often, creates a high risk of being involved in accidents. Actually, women drivers are fighting health issues such as backache, hypertension, migraine, sinus problems and difficulties with their vision. Backaches still come in at the number two position for health problems with truckers. Fatigue still remains as number one.

- Know the signs for a heart attack
- Make healthy fast food choices
- Exercise while out on the road
- Control your blood pressure
